Lovely Stay
My husband and I stayed at the Arden for just one night but it was a very comfortable night. The bed was very comfortable as was the room and shower room. The best bit though was the breakfast! We have travelled around the world and the breakfast we received at the Arden was the best ever! Really delicious, all so fresh and plenty of it. The fresh fruit was lovely, not the tinned variety one get's from most hotels. Freshly cut strawberries, melon, banana etc. Then out full English came out, all I can say is wow! It was truly fantastic, nothing tinned, all excellent quality, even black pudding and fried bread. Pots of fresh coffee too. Well done Arden, you looked after us so well, thank you.

Excellent Place To Stay
The Arden is a well run, comfortable guest house, a stones throw rrom the promenade and close to the main attractions of Eastbourne. The bedroom was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was first class. The owners clearly want to give their guests a goodtime.

Eastbourne Airbourne August 2016 - A German Review
Thank you, Tracey and Ray! Highly recommended!!! Preiswert, ruhig, sauber, freundlich, sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Both Ray and Tracey were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and very good value for money.

The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of cereals, fresh fruit salad and the cooked breakfast you could not fault there was plenty on the plate and very filling, lovely cooked breakfast and served by Tracey who was always friendly.

A very enjoyable stay.

What A Great Find
Having stayed on another more expensive hotel on the same road I was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and airy, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Only 30 minute slot for breakfast but as this was only a small hotel maybe that is to be expected. The breakfast was fantastic, much better than the more expensive hotel. The owners were very friendly and accomodating and I would strongly recommend you give this hotel a try.
