The history of St Mary's University College dates back to 1900 when the Dominican Sisters opened the St Mary's Training College on the present Falls Road campus at Belfast, Northern Ireland. The College is academically integrated with Queen's University Belfast and its degree courses are all Queen's awards. Belfast City Airport is situated close to the centre of the city. The entrance to the City Airport is on the Sydenham By-Pass (A2 Belfast/Bangor Road) The A2 duel carriageway is one of the main arteries into the centre of Belfast and leads directly to the motorway network. Those parking for more than a few hours will find the Long Stay Carpark to be reasonably priced and served by a regular courtesy bus service.
